Sixeleven Global Services and Solutions, is looking for a Virtual Assistant!
Job Description:
1. Review and process all RFA's for medical services, ensuring that each request is complete and accurate before submission.
2. Submit RFA's to the appropriate medical review or utilization management team for assessment.
3. Maintain detailed and organized records of all RFA's, including supporting documentation, correspondence, and authorization outcomes.
4. Ensure that all RFA's are processed in accordance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards, including HIPAA.
5. Track the status of RFA's, follow up on pending requests by conducting phone calls, and ensure timely responses to healthcare providers and patients.
6. Generate regular reports on RFA processing metrics, such as turnaround times, approval rates, and any outstanding issues.
Qualifications:
1. Has at least 1 year BPO or VA experience preferably related in a healthcare or insurance setting, particularly in processing RFA's, prior authorizations, or medical billing, is highly desirable.
2. Understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, and relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is essential.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office,).
5. Detail-oriented and flexible to handle changing priorities and workloads in a dynamic environment.
6. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
