Admin Assistant

Job Description:
  • Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, & schedules appointments
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
  • Manages calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
  • Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents.
  • Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepares meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
Requirement:
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Educational Attainment: College Graduate or Equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience preferred but not required
  • Work Arrangement: Must be able to work on-site
  • Availability: Available to start as soon as possible
  • Communication Skills: Extensive communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients
  • Personality: Strong, professional demeanor
  • Independence: Capable of working independently
  • Commitment: No issues with commitment
