1. Ensure the efficient and some day-to day operations of our office.
2. Providing support to Supervisor and Operation Personnel, assisting in daily office responsibilities.
3. Answer phone calls from Head Office with the time table provision reports, before relaying message it should be with consent from superior.
4. Organized and schedule appointments like P.O for refueling vehicle.
5. Prepares/ Process renewal permits of Delivery Trucks, yearly renewal of Service Vehicles and any other.
6. In charge of making the minutes of the meetings.
7. Make and distribute corresponding memos, letters, forms and the like.
8. Perform other duties from time to time.
Additional Qualification:
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
