Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service through chat support, technical support, or general inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Exposure to chat support, customer service, or technical support preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM (30 WPM acceptable with other strong skills).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be committed and not currently employed elsewhere.
