Major function:
Responsible in answering to our valued customers queries, bookings, and provide report of the status of outgoing and incoming cargoes to concern personnel.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handles service inquiry process including rate inquiry/quotation.
Provides cargo status update process.
Handles customers complaints.
Coordinates with CSR on the status of requirements, especially unserved requirements, and relay them with corresponding action plans.
Coordinates and negotiates with truckers for booking/delivery allocation.
Provides end to end monitoring of various deliveries for landtrip destination.
Coordinates with subcon truckers for client requirements both outbound and inland requirements.
Familiarize report for empty resource planning nad capacity to serve.
Logs waybills to the assigned driver.
Posts trucking rates of all delivered forwarding waybills.
Checks daily trucking revenue per truck.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php9,650.83 per month
