Customer Service Representative
Major Function
Responsible for all types of calls, bookings, inquiries, complaints from customers and providing on time and regular feedback on the status of shipments. Is responsible in updating the shipment status from booking to POD transmittal to billing. Responsible in ensuring work during her/his shift is carried out in a most secured and responsible manner.

Qualifications:
1. Professional Qualifications
- Graduate of any business related course
- Computer literate
- With 1 year related experience is preferable but not required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Articulate and above average in English communication (oral/written), analytical, good problem solving and coordination skills, pleasing personality
- Customer oriented, innovative, committed to work, team player, adaptable to change, accommodating, honest and dependable.
