Major Function
Responsible in on time discrepancy report preparation of rejected items upon delivery and submit to claims department and origin branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Prepare discrepancy report to ie Fastrak system and submit to origin branch and claims department.
2. Checks returned items from delivery of truckers against documents received.
3. Investigate the nature of discrepancy reported from truckers.
4. Ensure to stamp truckers, info on discrepancy and turned over(TIDAT) on the waybills w/ discrepancy.
5. Ensure to provide scan copy of process of the items rejected and attached to discrepancy report.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Professional Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-5 year course.
• With 6 months related experience in trucking and forwarding services.

2. Personal Qualifications

• Very good in communication skills
• With problem-solving, logical and analytical skills
• Proficient in computer applications
• Proactive, innovative, creative, flexible, can easily adopt to change, committed and result-oriented
• Team player
• Highly-organized
