1. Prepare daily plant production report for Bulk, Packed and NADS
2. Typing, filing and other clerical works
3. Serves as reliever for TPOs under Plant Operations
4. Authority to sign ISLA Document:
a. RRCR
b. Delivery Note/Consignment Note
c. Sales Invoice
d. CPO
e. ECTA
f. Gate Pass/DCN
5. Generate Sales Invoice/Delivery Notes/Consignment Notes for all accounts
6. Monthly stock closing inventory of Bulk, Packed and NADS accounts under consignment basis
7. Monitor allocated cylinders of all Bulk, Packed and NADS accounts
8. Monitor and update customer WIWO and SCI process in NAV
9. Monitor LSV of Bulk, Packed and NADS accounts.
10. And any other jobs that may be delegated by POE.
