Technical Sales Admin Assistant

Job Description: Technical Sales Admin Assistant
A Technical Sales Admin Assistant supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, facilitating smooth operations, and providing technical assistance when needed. They work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient customer communication, accurate data entry, and timely reporting. Their role combines administrative support, customer relationship management, and a basic understanding of the technical aspects of the products/services being sold.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support and Coordination:
  • Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for customers.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Manage and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to dates
Order Processing and Management:
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry into the system.
  • Track and manage the order fulfillment process, including inventory checks and delivery coordination.
  • Handle any order discrepancies, returns, or exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions, sales opportunities, and feedback.
  • Monitor and analyze customer trends, product preferences, and sales performance.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and providing product support.
Technical Support:
  • Understand the basic technical aspects of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Assist in answering customer technical inquiries and escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.
  • Help with product troubleshooting and guide customers on usage or setup when needed.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Generate sales reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage sales team calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reports.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and marketing materials.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update promotional materials and website content.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team members as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,500.00 per month
