Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from internal subject matter experts

• Document business rules and use cases

• Collaborate to define segmentation of scope to ensure design requirements and technical specifications are outlined

• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• You will bridge the gap between what we need from a product perspective and what we need to accomplish technically

• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals and progress

• Assist with identifying and solving design/flow flaws to increase usability

• Be able to communicate the business value of product capabilities and act as a product champion

• Provide content for the development of all product documentation

• Present on topics including product walk-throughs

• Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
• Document and communicate project statu

• Track and Report key metrics to drive future product developments

• Implement best practices in data management and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
