Job Description: The Store Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the achievement of business targets at the store level through seamless daily operations. The role requires leadership in managing staff, optimizing store performance, and driving sales while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Improve store personnel’s product knowledge by providing training to existing and newly-hired amusement staff, ensuring they have extensive knowledge of the products and services.
Oversee the scheduling and performance of the store team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor and keep track of the store’s overall performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Conduct thorough sales analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth. Recommend and implement marketing strategies to improve store performance based on competitor analysis.
Promote and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times, setting a positive example for the team.
Ensure proper coordination between the store and head office support units to promptly address operational concerns.
Oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the store by managing expenses and maximizing revenue.
Ensure the timely submission of sales reports and other necessary documents, such as staffing (plantilla) reports.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business and people management.
Preferred Skills: Experience in an amusement center and familiarity with basic computer and machine repair and maintenance are preferred but not required.
