We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machines are fully operational and functioning efficiently. You will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers in the store and ensure the safekeeping and accuracy of store funds.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all machines are operational and efficiently functioning to provide a positive customer experience.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of machines for optimum performance and safety.
• Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs, both cosmetic and hardware, on all machines.
• Handle cash accurately, ensuring the correct change fund and tokens are maintained at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Process customer transactions, including exchanging bills for coins and providing accurate information on promotional offers to minimize complaints.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or one-year certificate in Electromechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Six months to one year of experience in machine repair and maintenance.
• Experience in an amusement center is preferred but not required.
