Your Mission:
As a Social Media Manager at QRTiger, your role is to manage and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across various social media platforms. Your expertise in social media management will be crucial in connecting with our audience, promoting our services, and achieving our business goals.
What You’ll Do:

• Plan and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok that resonates with the target audience.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring metrics.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversion rates, to optimize content and campaigns.
• Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, ad creative development, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to improve the company's social media presence.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer support, to align social media strategies with overall business goals and initiatives.
• Respond to negative feedback, complaints, or social media crisis situations promptly and professionally to protect the company's reputation.
• Identify and collaborate with social media influencers or ambassadors to expand the company's reach and engagement.
• Develop and manage a budget for social media advertising, content creation, and other related expenses.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong writing and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with published content, demonstrating the ability to produce high-quality written material.
• Understanding of SEO principles and practices to optimize content effectively.
• Inquisitiveness, proactivity, responsiveness, and responsibility.
• Strong ability to multitask and work efficiently under tight daily deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international team, bringing diverse perspectives and ideas to the table.
