What You’ll Do:

• Support Growth Initiatives: Assist in developing and executing growth strategies focused on SEO, paid marketing ads (Google and Meta Ads, etc), social media, product marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Data Analysis: Quickly analyze data to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and optimization opportunities. Use your logical approach to provide actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
• Campaign Management: Manage and optimize growth campaigns across various channels, ensuring high performance and alignment with budget and goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on growth initiatives, including key metrics related to customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI, providing logical recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product pricing, competitor activities, and best practices to introduce innovative approaches to our growth strategies.
• Budget Support: Assist in monitoring and optimizing the growth budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to budget constraints.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and paid marketing ads. A quick mind and logical thinking are essential.
• Proficiency in SEO techniques and paid marketing strategies, with a track record of successful campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to rapidly interpret data and provide logical, actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a knack for quick decision-making and logical problem-solving.
