Job Title: Social Media Content Manager (You Tube Specialist)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Content Manager with a specialization in You Tube content management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling all aspects of You Tube channel management, including video editing, uploading, and thumbnail creation. This role requires a creative individual who can ensure our content is engaging, professional, and reaches the intended audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management:

• Manage the end-to-end process of You Tube video content creation, from planning and editing to uploading.
• Create compelling and attention-grabbing thumbnails for each video.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw video footage to produce high-quality You Tube videos that align with our brand's voice and style.
• Ensure videos are optimized for You Tube algorithms, including proper use of tags, descriptions, and end screens.

Uploading & Optimization:

• Upload videos to You Tube with accurate metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists.
• Implement best practices for video SEO to increase visibility and engagement on the platform.

Performance Monitoring:

• Analyze video performance using You Tube Analytics and other tools to inform future content strategies.
• Adjust content strategies based on performance data to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing You Tube channels and creating video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong understanding of You Tube algorithms, SEO, and best practices.
• Ability to create visually appealing and effective thumbnails.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing social media platforms beyond You Tube, including Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Knowledge of content trends and audience preferences within the digital marketing space.
• Ability to create engaging content that drives audience growth and interaction.
