Your Mission: As the Public Relations and Communications Manager at QR Tiger, you will lead strategies to elevate the company's public relations efforts, manage influencer partnerships, and showcase customer success stories. You will focus on outgoing communications to ensure the company’s message reaches the right audiences through media outlets, influencers, and other key channels. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of lead generation initiatives for enterprise business opportunities, supporting overall sales and growth objectives. Your leadership will contribute to driving growth while ensuring cohesive communication aligned with the company’s broader marketing and business goals. What You’ll Do:
Press Relations Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive press strategies to generate positive media coverage for the company’s products, services, and initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure placements in relevant publications.
Write, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and other press materials that align with the company’s messaging.
Proactively pitch stories to targeted media outlets, monitoring for opportunities to feature the company in industry-related discussions and trends.
Coordinate media requests and interviews, ensuring accurate and timely responses, and prepare executives or subject matter experts for media appearances.
Influencer Relations:
Identify, research, and engage influencers whose audiences align with the company’s brand and target market, ensuring partnerships that enhance visibility.
Negotiate terms and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring they meet business goals and deliver measurable results in terms of engagement and brand awareness.
Oversee the creation of content with influencers, ensuring brand consistency and relevance to campaigns.
Track performance metrics of influencer campaigns (engagement, reach, conversions), optimizing strategies to improve ROI and brand positioning.
Showcasing Customer Success Stories:
Partner with internal teams (sales, customer success, marketing) to collect and curate customer success stories that demonstrate the impact of the company’s products or services.
Write and promote case studies, testimonials, and customer profiles across press releases, social media, and the company’s website.
Integrate customer success stories into broader PR and communication campaigns, showcasing the company's solutions in real-world applications.

Lead Generation Oversight:
Oversee the integration of lead generation initiatives into the company's broader PR and communications efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Work with the Business Enterprise Outreach Specialist to ensure enterprise-level lead generation strategies are effectively coordinated with ongoing campaigns.
Monitor lead generation metrics, providing strategic input on how PR efforts can further support lead nurturing and sales objectives.
Report on lead generation performance, suggesting adjustments to refine outreach and improve results.
Data Analysis & Campaign Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, influencer partnerships, and lead generation initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, media monitoring platforms, and social listening tools.
Track KPIs such as media coverage, press mentions, influencer reach, engagement rates, and conversion metrics.
Identify areas of improvement based on data insights and adjust campaign strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and brand growth.
Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive future success.
Executive Visibility:
Develop and execute a proactive strategy to position the CEO and other key executives as thought leaders in the industry.
Secure speaking opportunities, media interviews, and guest contributions in industry-relevant publications and conferences.
Prepare executive speeches, media talking points, and presentation materials to ensure alignment with the company’s PR goals.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities where executive visibility can enhance the company’s public profile.
Brand & Crisis Management:
Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all external communications, press releases, and media interactions.
Develop and maintain a crisis communication plan, ready to be implemented in times of product recalls, negative media attention, or other critical events.
Act as the primary point of contact for external communications during a crisis, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to mitigate any potential damage to the company’s reputation.
Reporting & Insights:
Provide detailed reports on the impact of PR campaigns, including media coverage analysis, engagement metrics, and ROI calculations.
Share insights from media trends, competitor activity, and PR performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance future communications strategies.
Regularly report on lead generation progress and media relations outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and sales efforts.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, and influencer management, with a proven track record in leading successful PR campaigns.
Demonstrated success in managing executive visibility and handling media engagements for leadership.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
