The Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Data Encoder encodes and analyzes all transactions from Forecast -To-Stock Production Planning (FTS-PP), Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order-To-Cash (OTC) while meeting operational needs, priorities, and deadlines.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs Manufacturing Execution:
o Production Order release.
o Production confirmation
o Performs completion
· Checks and analyzes postings in Production Order:
o Documented goods movement
o Good Receipt - Good Issue Variances
o Stock Overview
· Monitors incoming and outgoing stocks
o Displays stock in transit (Inbound and Outbound)
· Performs Plant -To-Plant transfer
o Stock transfer order creation
o Shipment Creation
o Picking
o Post Goods Issue
· Monitors Stock Movement.
o Material Document List
o Stock overview
· Sales Order, Delivery and Shipment Processing
o Delivery Order creation
o Billing creation
· Analyzes and generate SAP reports periodically or as needed.
· Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
· Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
· Undertakes special projects or technical studies as requested by San Miguel Foods Inc.
· Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education (preferred level)
· Graduate of any 4-year course
· Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point)
B. Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position)
· Have at least 2 years’ SAP experience (At least 2 SAP Modules such as Forecast-To-Stock
Production Planning, Procure -To-Pay and Order-To-Cash) in a food industry.
C. Technical Competencies:
· Knowledge in Quality and Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP, Corporate
Environmental, Safety and Health Policy and Preventive Maintenance.
· Knowledge in System Application and Products (SAP) modules (FTS-PP, PTP and OTC)
· Good Communication skills both oral and written.
· Excellent leadership and inter-personal skill
Willing to work in Antipolo Albuera Leyte
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• SAP Encoder: 3 years (Preferred)
