Responsible in overseeing the Area Sales Executives in achieving / exceeding sales target and constantly improving their competence. Maintain and execute the business strategies to increase sales and profit by supporting the day-to-day functions of the team, developing market penetration plans and planning sales strategies as well as plan, organize, and manage sales-related activities to produce sales and gross profits in conformity with the predetermined business plan. Duties and Responsibilities · To participate in the development of the sales and marketing strategies of the company. · Establish, maintain and expand business opportunities to various markets. · Manage accounts and territory to ensure continued sales and profit growth. · Track sales and forecasts against the sales plan. · Develop product assortments and proposals. · Research and analyze the market for emerging trends and competitive opportunities and threats. · Ensure all customer specific order processing, shipping, and product handling requirements are met. · Maintain customer files and specification pricing to monitor sales activities. · Conduct account reviews by assessing losses and identify growth opportunities. · Provide reports or any other territory intelligence as needed. · Support any or all trade shows or events within responsible territory as needed. · To build, develop and motivate the team members. · Train, coach and guide ASEs, utilizing sales process training techniques in various problem-solving situations to help them develop their skills and maximize their sales opportunities. · Monitoring of team’s performance and motivate them to reach the target. · Provide feedback and guidelines to corrective action plans for ASEs in order to achieve goals. · Support the budgetary plan by ensuring appropriate team spend. · Any other duties deemed necessary.
