Sales Supervisor
Job Qualification:
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
- Graduate of 4 years of college in Business, Communications, or Marketing
- 6 months or more than a year of experience in sales
- Proficient in MS Office Tools, Canva, and other presentation tools
- Competitive Attitude
- Strong conversational/Interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- HYBRID (working from home and working onsite)
- Build and grow the company’s distributor network
- Achieve growth and hit monthly and annual sales targets
- Responsible for area sales development, communicating with KBH for activities, events, and training
- Effectively build, grow, and manage the direct sales network in the assigned area by coaching, mentoring, and monitoring the distributors’ performance;
- Conduct regular field visits to business centers for account monitoring and audit purposes
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing sustainable partnership programs;
- Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts and projections to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
