CONTRACT
Customer Service for Tagalog Account!!!
Responsible for providing outstanding customer service and provides clients/accredited medical facilities/brokers/agents with information regarding the plans they have (medical, travel, or sachet insurance product). His or Her primary role is to provide first contact resolution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2nd Yr College Undergrad | Graduate of any course (at least 6 months call center experience handling Insurance account)
- Preferably with nursing/medical units
- Work experience Ideal with experience selling or providing support service to insurance products; else
- Excellent communication skills (needs to be able to speak and compose emails in English)Others/Personality-
- With good personality, can handle irate customers.
- Likes to read- because insurance policies can be intimidating.
Contract length: 9 months
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Shift system
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Insurance | HMO: 1 year (Required)
