Replenishment Planner Admin Supervisor
Job Summary: The Replenishment Planner/Admin Supervisor oversees the replenishment planning and administrative functions within the supply chain. This role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate forecasting, and timely replenishment to meet customer demands while minimizing costs. The supervisor manages a team of replenishment planners and administrative staff, coordinating closely with other departments to optimize supply chain processes.

- Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of replenishment planners and administrative staff.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Replenishment Planning:
- Develop and implement replenishment strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales trends to forecast demand and plan for replenishment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and order accuracy.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations for inventory adjustments and improvements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on replenishment performance.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in replenishment activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to inventory and replenishment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align replenishment plans with overall business objectives.
- Address and resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies or supplier performance.
- Customer Focus:
- Ensure that replenishment strategies meet customer demand and service level targets.
- Address any customer complaints or issues related to stock availability and replenishment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, replenishment planning, or a similar role, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management systems, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
