Planner
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our team. The Planner will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to ensure efficient operations, resource allocation, and goal achievement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in planning and forecasting, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Php43,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

The Planner will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to ensure efficient operations, resource allocation, and goal achievement. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in planning and forecasting, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement detailed plans to meet organizational objectives and operational needs.
- Analyze data and trends to create accurate forecasts and recommendations.
- Monitor and adjust plans based on performance metrics and changing conditions.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments to align planning efforts with business goals and operational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of planning strategies.
- Resource Management:
- Oversee resource allocation to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and other operational elements to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present reports on planning activities, performance, and forecasts.
- Use analytical tools and methodologies to assess and improve planning processes.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance planning strategies.
- Forecasting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with WFM tools such as IEX and Verint is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills are required; familiarity with tools like Python and R is beneficial.
- Comprehensive understanding of operational activities across phone, email, chat, community, and social media support.
- Experience in forecasting and scheduling within a contact center environment is necessary.
- Strong communication skills for managing client and stakeholder interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively as both a team member and an independent contributor.
- Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of VBA and Macros is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
Pay: Php43,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
