Generate and maintain fortnightly and daily planned maintenance schedules.
Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
To assist and improve the maintenance activities.
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with plant assembly and shutdown planning along with other projects as directed.
Schedule the shifting of manpower according to the operation needs. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
Chair relevant meetings, e.g. downtime reviews, forward planning plant assembly, shutdown planning, etc.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports of the equipment in the Factory.
Keep paperwork organized
Work closely with Maintenance and Operations Leading Hands and Supervisors to ensure the maintenance planning process is followed and the equipment is accurately recorded.
Collaborate with production planner, quality control, warehouse and other staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or a related role in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility management environment.
Knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
Understanding of equipment and machinery typically used in the relevant industry (e.g., manufacturing, oil and gas, power plants).
Must be willing to relocate and work in Rizal, Palawan.
