We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of various activities, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with resource planning, workforce management tools, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and/or project timelines to optimize time and resources.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and other stakeholders to confirm schedules and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all scheduled events, changes, and related communications.
• Address scheduling conflicts or issues, providing timely solutions.
• Work closely with relevant departments to understand and prioritize scheduling needs.
• Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage calendars, track progress, and communicate updates.
• Generate and present scheduling reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in resource planning is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using workforce management (WFM) tools for scheduling, such as IEX and Verint, is essential. Knowledge of additional WFM tools is beneficial.
• Strong expertise in Excel is required; familiarity with advanced tools like Python, R, etc., is a plus.
• A comprehensive understanding of various operational activities, including phone, email, chat, community, and social media support, is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate well in a team environment as well as work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Power Point, and Outlook, is required. Knowledge of VBA and Macros would be an added benefit.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php41,000.00 - Php43,000.00 per month
