Job description:
· Inspects all outgoing delivery of warehouse.
· Preparing, implementing and updating of existing HACCP, SOP, QA quality assurance programs, policies and procedures.
· Identifying and resolving workflow and dispatching issues.
· Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.
· Addressing and discussing issues or if non-conformances were encountered and proposed solutions with superiors.
· Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
· Making recommendations for improvement.
· Ensure ongoing abidance by industry regulatory and quality requirements.
· Check and secure proper stock rotation of warehouse
· Checks GMP of night shift personnel
Investigate and consolidates Goods Return from warehouse to commissary
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Nutrition or Equivalent.
· At least 1-2 years’ experience in the food manufacturing industry or kitchen commissary.
· Knowledge in Food Safety, GMP and HACCP Principles.
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
· Working experience operating electrical and non-electrical laboratory equipment.
· Ability to work in a night shift schedule.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
