JOB SUMMARY:
To ensure the consistency of the quality of finished products from production up to release to customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Prepare production requirements based on production requests.
➢ Input formula in the SCADA system.
➢ Mixing verification and arrangement of run order during pouring of micro ingredients.
➢ In-line quality checking during production.
➢ Analyze the finished feeds samples collected by the Quality Assurance Sampler during production.
➢ Coordinate with the Control Room Engineer and Pellet Mill Operator on possible adjustments in the production process to meet the acceptance parameters of finished goods.
➢ Maintain a recording system of finished goods quality status.
➢ Input data in the Quality Management Monitoring on the status of the production output.
➢ Prepare acceptance and rejection forms of finished goods.
➢ Issue rejection and non-conformance of feeds.
➢ Inspection of delivery trucks and finished goods before loading.
➢ Monitor pest control and fumigation activities.
➢ Check the status of fumigated finished goods.
➢ Promote 5S and safety awareness
➢ Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
➢ Confirm run order and formulation code sent by the Production Department through email.
➢ Prepare Reclassification Form of aged finished products.
➢ Check finished products requested by the Warehouse and Logistics Department for reclassification.
➢ Prepare Requests for Payments for all transactions.
➢ Provide monthly updates on Consultant Nutritionist
a. FG and In-line Quality Control updates
b. Inventory and status of BO, returns ,fines and aged feeds.
c. Others (problems encountered, accomplishments, etc.)
➢ Provide assistance to the In-House Nutritionist in addressing customer complaints.
➢ Provide assistance to the In-House Nutritionist in preparing requirements for BAI registration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
