• Will develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness
  
• Will prepare program reports
  
• Will perform other duties and/or special projects as necessary
  
• Draft quality assurance policies, guidelines, and procedures
  
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standard
  
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
  
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality
  
• Evaluate employees through call listening, side-by-side, live monitoring

Requirements

• Must have at least one year of experience in Quality Assurance within the BPO industry
  
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule (Between 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM Philippine Time)
  
• Must be amenable to work onsite at our office located in Cebu Business Park
