Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage and oversee payroll processes.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of payroll experience and possess strong analytical skills.
- A CPA license is preferred but not required.
- The Payroll Officer will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including the calculation of wages, benefits, deductions, taxes, and other payroll-related items.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries through bank transactions or other methods.
- Prepare payroll reports and provide analysis for internal audits and financial review.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies regarding payroll and employee compensation.
- Address and resolve payroll-related issues, such as discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and leave balances.
- Assist in the preparation of government-mandated reports such as SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG, and BIR filings.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth integration of payroll with accounting processes.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll regulations.
- At least 3 years of payroll experience in a corporate environment.
- CPA license is preferred, but not required.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and government-mandated benefits.
- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for resolving payroll-related issues with employees and management.

- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of payroll software systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
