● Partner Success and Relationship Management: ● - Assist the Partner Success Department in developing and maintaining strong ● relationships with our existing partners (KA/ISP) ● - Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide ● basic guidance on our platform features and internal processes thru On-boarding & Quarterly Business Review. ● - Assist in tracking and monitoring partner performance against success metrics and ● KPIs (Sales & SLA reports & Viber Support groups) ● Partner Enablement and Coordination: ● - Support the onboarding process for new partners (ISP) , ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are provided in a timely manner. ● - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the retention of store partners, ensuring smooth integration and implementation. ● - Assist in creating reports and resources to educate partners on our platform features, best practices, and integration guidelines. ● Data Analysis and Reporting: ● - Help gather and analyze partner data to provide insights on partner performance and identify areas for improvement. (Monthly Sales Report from Finance) ● - Assist in preparing reports and presentations on partner performance, growth, and Satisfaction (BR Deck) ● - Assist in conducting Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews side by side with Partner Success Supervisor/Manager. ● - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to partner interactions and progress. ● (MOA Inventory and Finance Sheet update) ● Perform other duties as required or assigned. ● Willingness to travel when required. ● Performs such other duties as may be assigned from time to time. ● Have store partners visit atleast once a month in the North Mindanao Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s):
