Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Caller to join our team. As a Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products or services over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services
- Utilize sales techniques to showcase the benefits of our offerings
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
Skills
- Strong background in sales and customer service
- Experience in technology sales or business development is a plus
- Proficiency in telemarketing and warm calling techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
