WE ARE HIRING CALL CENTER SALES AGENTS
We are looking for experienced call center agents with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as outbound Call center agents for USA companies.
You will be performing outbound sales calls to potential clients in the USA to convince them to buy a service offered and schedule an appointment with the sales team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Dialing outbound calls
· Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a service
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
· Provide service information to customers
· Research required information using available resources
· Route calls to appropriate resources
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
· Upsell services
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and skills:
· Fluent English speaking is required
· Internet connection speed 20-25MB
· 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Sales Agent in a call center environment performing outbound sales calls
· Proficient in relevant computer applications
· Excellent data entry and typing skills
· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
· Should have their own computer and noise-canceling headphone
· Equipment or device should be manufactured not later than 2015
Salary: 125PHP/hr
Days of Operation: 5 days a week, up to 40 hours weekly.
