Operations Supervisor
Stealth Monitoring is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next Operations Supervisor.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the team.
Regularly assess own and team’s challenges in completing the tasks while upholding group accountability and responsibility in operational goals.
The Supervisor will be the first line of support for every business escalation related to team operations and will work with Operations Manager in handling business risks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Communicate in an organized and systematic manner with operators Investigate thoroughly to validate operator escalations in terms of suspicion, threat or risk
- Resolve various events based on urgency and customer expectations
- Report events that transpired with accuracy and clarity
Personnel Management:
- Ensure personnel is performing within the expected standards of Operations.
- Identify personnel performance challenges
- Work with personnel to improve/enhance their performance, skillset, and capability
- Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures and protocols and any others which the company may introduce or revise from time to time
- Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
- Performance reviews and incident investigations
- Coaching of Analysts and Specialists
- Mitigation of misses
- Project management
- Floor support
- Review of Daily Time Records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in a related role preferred.

Years of proven leadership.
- Microsoft Suite tools proficient.
- Process & Quality Management: the act of planning and monitoring the performance of a process
- Continuous Improvement: understand the methodology to continuously improve the processes by eliminating defects or identifying enhancements
- Data Analysis: transforming data to extracting information and draw conclusions
- Problem Resolution: ability to resolve escalation issues or problems
- Risk Management: identification and management or mitigation of risks
