Operations Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course, engineering is an advantage.
  • Must be flexible and organized.
  • Results oriented and has Proactive Vision.
  • Has leadership skills, team facilitator, problem solver and good work ethics.
  • Excellent in making reports.
  • With at least two (2) years of supervisory experience or team leader.
  • Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or related field is advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manpower Scheduling
  • Vehicle Scheduling
  • Direct supervision of subordinates
  • Generate Incident Reports
  • Manpower Discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
