Manage daily upkeep of the office; ensure cleanliness and safety of facilities and supplies
Optimize control and compliance with the process of record retention and correspondence in the office
Request permit for entry & exit of materials, equipment, or supplies in the building
Create and maintain inventory of equipment
Purchase pantry, office and medicine kit supplies
Provides administrative support as necessary
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
Knowledge in Payroll computation and other government-mandated contributions
Diligent, attentive to details and organized
Willing to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo City
