Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
Responsible for area sales development, communicate with clients for activities, events and trainings
Effectively build, grow, and manage the direct sales network in the assigned area by coaching, mentoring, and monitoring of the team’s performance
Conduct regular field visits to business centers for account monitoring and audit purposes
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing sustainable partnership programs;
Prepare and present accurate and timely sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts and projections to the management team
Identify emerging markets and markets shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Be able to do compelling product presentations and trainings as needed. Present the product to potential and/or existing customers professionally and expertly.
Negotiate the terms of customer or sales agreements and effectively close sales transactions.
Be able to effectively respond to and overcome customer objections and denials.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Keep abreast of the competitive environment and provide in-depth analysis and recommendation as to how the company can advance its own growth programs amidst evolving market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of 4 years college in Business, Communications, or Marketing or 5 years equivalent experience in the field.
Proficient in MS Office Tools, Canva, and other presentation tools
