Determine appropriate credit limits based on risk assessment and company policies
Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate credit terms and conditions with customers
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue payments
Contact customers via phone, email, or mail to remind them of outstanding balances and negotiate payment arrangements
Resolve billing disputes and address customer inquiries related to invoices and payment terms
Escalate collection efforts for delinquent accounts and initiate legal action when necessary

Job Qualifications
Graduate of 4 years college in Business, Communications, or Marketing or 5 years equivalent experience in the field.
