Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining and up-keeping of the warehouses & company properties
2. Ensure timely and proper recording of data (incoming and outgoing of pallets)
3. Processing of the transactions on a regular basis
4. May be requested to hold trainings and seminars to corporate clients alongside the Corporate Account Officer from the sales department regarding the proper handling and care for messe & handel Corporation products.
5.Deployment & management of operations personnel to corporate clients during Pallet inventories including but not limited to coordination of discrepancies noted during the count.
6. If there is discrepancy, during reconciliation in the supposed number of pallets and the actual number of pallets in a client's warehouse or area, he or she should make a written report to the Operations Manager.
7. Schedule and oversee the loading and unloading of pallets to the trucks and other transport vehicles.
8. Regular training and seminars for operations personnel regarding the standard operating procedures (SOP) of the company.
9. Maintenance and training of in-house drivers as well as its fleet of company vehicles.
10. Oversee the implementation of the procedures and regulations to the operations officers as well as the operations staff.
11. Make certain that cleanliness and orderliness is being implemented in all work areas.
12. Ensure all personnel under him has an updated written report on all good and bad incidents, unresolved task, problematic matter on the documentation sheet to make sure employee's quarterly evaluation has a strong and reliable basis.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering course preferably Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related Bachelor's Degree .
• At least 3 years of experience in the related field (WITH WOOD WORKING EXPERIENCE).
• Has good people management skills
• Can drive 2-whee to 4-wheel vehicle with Valid Driver's License
• Can drive Forklift Machine is an advantage.
