Manage and maintain warehouse system, ensure data accuracy, provide technical support, and drive process improvements for efficient operations.
Qualifications & experience
- A degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Prior experience in a warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment is highly beneficial.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including warehouse staff, logistics, sales, and accounting.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and order status.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales to understand their needs and provide system support.
