About the role
Join Golden Century Marketing as an Internal Audit Staff based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the company's operational controls.
What you'll be doing

• Perform internal audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's systems, processes, and controls
• Analyse operational data to identify potential risks and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor corrective actions
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with audit software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
