Specific Areas of Accountability

Create and execute strong systems to monitor the performance, quality, and compliance of products.

Use monitoring tools, software, and methodologies to monitor important product metrics.

Professional Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree holder in BS Statistics and other relevant courses

At least 5 years’ experience in life insurance or similar experience with key focus on Product Development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with monitoring tools, data analysis, and quality management systems.

Knowledgeable in relevant industry regulations and standards.
-
Data analytics skills are welcome as well as previous leadership experience
