Specific Areas of Accountability
:

Create and execute strong systems to monitor the performance, quality, and compliance of products.

Use monitoring tools, software, and methodologies to monitor important product metrics.

Work with teams from different departments to establish quality standards and criteria for products.

Establish and execute quality control procedures to resolve issues in advance.
-
Examine monitoring data to detect trends, patterns, and possible product features and other areas for enhancement.

Offer insights and suggestions derived from data analysis.

Create resolution and processes to address product problems and matters resulted during monitoring.
-
Implement ongoing improvement efforts by analyzing results and feedback.

Make alterations and improvements to boost product efficiency and dependability.

Share monitoring findings, analysis, and suggestions with management and pertinent departments.

Work together with stakeholders to guarantee a mutual comprehension of product effectiveness.

Supervise a group of monitoring experts, offering direction, coaching, and evaluations of their performance.

Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation among team members.

Identifies best practices and tools for product development and pricing process.

Performs any other tasks that may be directed to do.

Professional Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s degree holder in BS Statistics and other relevant courses

At least 5 years’ experience in life insurance or similar experience with key focus on Product Development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with monitoring tools, data analysis, and quality management systems.
-
Knowledgeable in relevant industry regulations and standards.
-
Data analytics skills are welcome as well as previous leadership experience
