Specific Areas of Accountability:
Assist the Product Leads in the development to implementation of new products and product redesign in accordance with Max Group's strategic plan.
Gather data on the current and up-to-date market trends, product opportunities and competitors’ product strategies to assist the product development team on decisions regarding product development strategy. Assist the Product Lead in conducting market research projects/surveys to evaluate the feasibility and viability of new product ideas and to continuously understand the market and assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions. Prepare the documentary requirements/support for the product strategies considering the distribution channels, reinsurance support, partnerships, or promotional tie-ups. Prepare the initial product design and strategy alignment. Draft and prepare product contracts, forms and other documentary requirements for regulatory submissions and approval of the new products and enhancements. Compile and safe-keep all product-related documentation and approvals. Maintain the tools for product development and project management. Conduct special projects and performs studies requested by management Perform any other tasks that may be directed to do.

Professional Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree holder in BS Statistics, Economics, Business Management and other relevant courses Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Data analytics skills are welcome
