JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Discusses the Proper Handling of Accounts or Loan Account Agreement to all clients. Responds to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
2. Reviews customer files for accuracy and identification of irregularities. Discusses with the client the status of account such as the amount to be paid to update the account or other remedies to help out the client in managing his account.
3. Receives payment from clients and other branches and issues official receipts for the same.
4. Handles the safekeeping of post-dated checks issued by clients and deposit the same when due. 5. Monitors cash advances and sees to the timely liquidation of the same.
6. Prepares statements of accounts when required by clients. Facilitates payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
7. Prepares demand letters for unsettled accounts and other documents needed for filing of petition for EJF and endorsement to legal counsel.
8. Responsible for the housekeeping of client's returned checks, bank notes and original copies of Provisional Receipts.
9. Evaluates accounts that are qualified for restructuring.
10. He/She submits comprehensive reports on time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field. Must possess strong systems skills; solid analytical, negotiating skills and knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.
2. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint,
4. Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.
5. Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.
6. Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
7. Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.
8. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. Leadership and human resources management skills.
9. Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions.
10. Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.
