Job Summary: The HR Staff is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This position involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist in job posting, sourcing, and screening applicants.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads for candidate assessments.
Update employee information in the payroll system as necessary.
Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed properly.
Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle employee requests regarding leave, benefits, and other compensation inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Releasing of Payslip
Ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.
Assist in updating HR policies as needed and communicate changes to staff.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resource, Psychology or any other course related.
Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant laws/regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
