The Auto Electrician is responsible for the electrical maintenance and repair of heavy equipment used in construction projects. Perform routine electrical maintenance on heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and trucks.
Diagnose and repair electrical issues in heavy equipment, including wiring, lighting, and electronic control systems.
Conduct thorough inspections of equipment to identify potential electrical issues and ensure safety compliance.
Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and address electrical malfunctions.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and labor hours.
Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced electricians when necessary.
