Human Resource Specialist
Human Resource Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to fulfill the company's staffing needs. This role demands a strategic approach to recruitment, managing the entire hiring lifecycle, and ensuring a stellar candidate experience. The Human Resource Specialist will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific staffing requirements and align recruitment efforts with Biggs Inc.’s culture and organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, business administration, or a relevant, related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
- Professional Human Resources certification strongly preferred
- Previous experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
- Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies
- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders and ages
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linked In
- Should be self-motivated and result-oriented
- Most importantly, exudes a happy disposition
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
