Job Summary: The HR Manager will lead and direct the HR functions, ensuring that the agency attracts, retains, and develops top talent. This role is responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and issues, providing guidance and resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure open communication channels.
Performance Management:
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
Identify and address areas for performance improvement.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Maintain HR records and prepare necessary reports for management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related field.
With at least 5 years work experience in the HR Field; working in an advertising/digital agency is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in HR principles, practices and employment laws.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
