Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as data analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
