You will be an ambassador and an overall administrator of the store. You are responsible in leading, guiding and developing the store team through inspiring leadership, training and coaching towards achieving the objective of the building and developing a strong client relationship and in reaching the monthly sales quota. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the store operations day-to-day needs and administration by enforcing company policies and procedures and acceptable store practices.
Directly responsible for ensuring that the store consistently achieves or exceeds monthly sales quota.
Motivate employees to maximize team spirit, to promote teamwork and to maintain harmonious staff relationship.
Develop loyal customers and make sure that all customers are properly assisted by respective Sales Associates.
Act as an ambassador to strenghten and build relationships with clientele ( VIP's and or new clients).
Responsible in maintaining and providing consistent high standards of customer sevice in accordance to the company's standard
Responsible in providing training,development and succession of high performing, results driven store staff.
Maintains discipline among store staffs by making sure that company regulations are fairly administered and observed at all times.
Handles the periodic performance evaluation of staffs.
Regularly prepare reports required by the management;
Directly responsible in supervising the Stockman ensuring that stock keeping procedure is properly observed.
Responsible in achieving zero (0) variance goals; closely oversee Physical Inventory counts conducted by your team from time to time on top of the Inventory conducted by ICS.
Make sure inventory are in place and is responsible for any discrepancies and consolidation process.
Directly responsible for Loss Prevention compliance within the store.
Effectively and professionally handles customer complaints and recommends or initiates corrective actions as needed.
Ensures that the store is always clean and properly maintained.
