Graduate of a 4-year course
Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience as Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or OIC in a retail/clothing store
Strong customer service and communication skills
Team player and can handle work in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys interacting with different types of people
Flexible in work schedule and location
RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DESCRIPTION:
Acts as OIC if Store Manager is unavailable and when needed
Assist Store Manager in ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Promotes sales through positive customer service efforts
Assist Store Manager in ensuring that the store is well organized and clean, and in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Works under varying schedules
Actively maintains a global brand image
Attend store meetings and assist store manager during store meetings
Assist store manager in managing daily store operations
Responsible for assisting the store manager in preparing operation reports, sales reports, and management reports as needed
Assist store manager in leading the team in achieving target sales
Inventory management
Perform other related appropriate duties and tasks as assigned by managemen
