Purchasing Assistant

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for materials and services related to construction projects.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update records of orders, deliveries, and vendor contracts.
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Track and follow up on order statuses to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
  • Help with vendor negotiations, maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
  • Support the purchasing team in gathering and analyzing quotes from various suppliers.
  • Handle documentation related to invoicing, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing department, including filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay
